Sales enablement that translates into execution
Building tools, frameworks, and training that support better conversations, clearer positioning, and consistent delivery.

Practical AI adoption
Creating usable workflows and internal tools, then training teams in accessible, non-technical ways that drive real adoption and performance.

I’m usually pulled in when something is stuck, underspecified, or high-stakes—when the work needs both creative range and commercial discipline.

My bias is toward clarity and execution: what’s the goal, what will the buyer value, what will actually work at scale, and what will help teams perform under real conditions.
