MK Granados, MBA

MK Granados is a commercial strategist specializing in revenue growth for large-scale live events.

Currently serving as Director of Revenue Optimization at Informa Markets North America, she acts as an internal consultant across portfolios—supporting product innovation, custom revenue design, AI integration, and commercial strategy for major expos and conferences.

Her career spans production, sponsorship product development, global B2B marketing, startup leadership, and portfolio-level revenue strategy. That cross-functional depth allows her to understand live events from backstage operations to executive-level commercial planning.

MK has managed sponsorship and media categories totaling more than $6.5M annually, led revenue innovation across recognized event brands, and earned distinction as Product Manager of the Year (twice) and five-time Star of the Show.

She is known for raising the ceiling—replacing static inventory lists with strategic architecture, strengthening value instead of discounting, and helping teams think bigger about how revenue is structured and delivered.
